Job tasks and duties
HFC'15 is a friendly football club in the Hoogkerk district. On match days of the first teams, there are always a lot of spectators. Not only from supporters, but also board members, press (photographers) and the KNVB may be present. To give these people a warm welcome as a club, a host/hostess is very important. This person is the face of the club in the boardroom, alongside the presence of a board member on duty (BoD).
Job skills and qualities
- Starting up in the boardroom.
- Refill the fridge.
- Prepare coffee.
- Tidying the table.
- Waiting for guests in the boardroom and introducing them to those present.
- Offering guests coffee and tea before the match and at half-time.
- Offering guests snacks and drinks after the match.
- Cleaning up and closing.
Extra information
Average of 4 hours per match (number of matches by agreement).
