G.Z. TriVia makes lesson swimming more fun!
Do you enjoy the challenge of teaching children to swim well in a fun way and can you also give lessons in swimming skills? Then you have come to the right place at G.Z. TriVia.
TriVia offers the standard volunteer and travel allowance if you live outside the city of Groningen. But in addition, you can also swim for free in one of our trim groups and TriVia has training opportunities.
Job tasks and duties
In our large swimming club, we still have room for a few enthusiastic swimming instructors who want to teach different groups. Besides swimming lessons for children, we also have room for a swimming instructor for trim swimming and female swimming instructors for Swimming Special. This is swimming lessons especially for migrant women and for women who, for whatever reason, cannot or do not want to swim in the company of men. They mainly take place in the late afternoon and evening hours. Swimming Special is on Sunday afternoons.
Job skills and qualities
We are looking for swimming instructors with a certificate at least level 2 (KNZB) or similar. You must also have a First Aid/Medical First Aid Diploma. Willingness to also teach according to the KNZB SuperSpetters method is an advantage. Our lessons are held in the various swimming pools in the city of Groningen. They mainly take place in the late afternoon and evening hours. Swimming-Special is on Sunday afternoons.
