Job tasks and duties
In a friendly team of six to eight employees, together you will process the applications submitted by families that have been submitted by the intermediaries.
The front office employee:
- Takes care of the incoming calls during our telephone consultation hours between 09:30 and 12:00 from Monday to Friday.
- In addition, he/she manages the incoming mailbox and may provide secretarial support to the co-ordinator.
- You are available for a minimum of 12 hours per week. For a participation job, there is a minimum of 16 hours per week.
As a back office assistant:
- Process applications digitally in our own Leergeld system.
- Digitally entering applications for the youth fund sport and culture.
- Creating letters to parents (partly standardised).
- Archiving the file.
Other work:
- Do telephone consultations in the absence of front-line staff.
- Answering customers by phone.
- Answering and processing customer emails.
Minimum education level: mbo
Job skills and qualities
- Affinity with the target group.
- Communicative and verbal skills.
- Able to make telephone calls.
- Able to work with e-mail.
