In addition to being paid a volunteer allowance for this work, FC Groningen also provides other things such as work clothes (jacket), training and possibly a packed lunch.
In addition, the volunteer organisation (VRG) organises various activities during the season.
Job tasks and duties
Our traffic controllers are deployed to regulate traffic around FC Groningen's home matches. As a trained traffic controller, you ensure that traffic flows smoothly and that everything runs smoothly, even in unforeseen situations or calamities. Our traffic controllers create a smooth flow of traffic, direct traffic to an alternative route if necessary and prevent accidents when entering or leaving the approach roads to the car parks around the Euroborg.
